Pump Flexibles

Primarily for use when pumps or equipment are being mounted on anti-vibration mounts or inertia bases, or where pressures exceed 6 bar working.

Features & Benefits:

  • Highly flexible EPDM Body with high tensile nylon reinforcement & wire reinforced collars.
  • BZP Mild steel PN16 Flanges.
  • Working Pressure of upto 10 Bar (Test = 15 Bar).
  • Working Temperature-10 to +82 Deg C.
  • Reduces vibration transfer from plant to pipework.
  • For use on Chilled water and Heating Water – Not suitable for potable water.
  • Fitted with anti-tamper tie bars so units cannot be extended beyond their installed length.
  • Tie bars not only stop the unit extending under pressure, but also when anti-vibration mounts and inertia bases are used to mount the pump.
