Compression and DZR

Our comprehensive range of compression fittings is manufactured to the highest standard in the UK and complies with EN1254-2, providing the reliability, quality, and affordability that our installers and consultants demand.

Compression fittings are designed to join copper pipes and create mechanical joints when tightening the nut. They are suitable for hot and cold water services, heating installations, fuel services and industrial engineering applications. The range includes standard brass, chrome-plated, and dezincification-resistant (DZR) fittings.

Dimensions

  • Equal fittings with uniform connections are singularly sized. e.g. 15mm.
  • Reduced fittings with two connections are displayed first in the largest size. e.g. 22 x 15mm.

DZR

CORE DZR compression is a non-manipulative, dezincification-resistant fitting. The DZR alloy is manufactured to stop stress corrosion cracking. The range suits various applications such as central heating systems, chilled water and compressed air lines. They are designed to join copper tubes to BS EN 1057 copper tubes, grades R250 and R290.
