The CORE 5213 thermostatic mixing valve maintains the domestic hot water supplied to the user at a constant and safe temperature when variations in the hot and cold water supply conditions and draw-off flow rates occur. The fail-safe design automatically shuts off the mixed water flow in case of a disruption in the hot or cold water supply to the valve.

The valve has been independently tested and approved to Type 2 and Type 3 standards, complying with building regulations and British Standards.
